General Questions

Q. How long does it take for delivery?

A.  Items are normally despatched with 2 working days and most are sent by Royal Mail standard first class post so items ordered should arrive within 5 working days.

Q. What is the express delivery service?

A. The express delivery service allows you to jump the queue and items are sent either by Parcel Force Express 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Q. What do I do if my item hasn’t arrived?

A. If you are using our standard delivery service and your goods have not arrived after 5 working days please first check around your property and with any neighbours, please also ensure that a card has not been posted through your letterbox and forgotten about. If you are certain that there has been no attempted delivery, please contact us on the following e-mail address and we will assist you sales@allmodels2u.com. All express delivery items are tracked so we will be able to get a clear picture of what has happened regarding any late deliveries.

Q. What can I do if my item is damaged on arrival?

A. In the case of an express delivery item please do not sign for it; if you sign you are saying that the item is perfect condition.  In all other cases please contact us and we will arrange to exchange and claim from Royal Mail.

Q. What Can I do if I no longer want an item?

A. You are entitled by Law to change your mind within 7 days and return a product, as a “Safe Buy” Company we allow returns up to 14 days after purchase. Please note however that the product must be unopened and in as new condition in order to take this option and you are responsible for the return postage cost. During the Christmas period we will usually extend this time in the interest of good customer service.

Q. I think my product is faulty what do I do?

A. With all orders we send out a leaflet to help in the early stages of RC operation, please ensure that you have read the leaflet in the first instance. Assuming that you have tested the product in a safe environment and you are sure it is not working correctly please do not attempt to use it and risk further damage, instead please e-mail us with full details of the suspected fault and we will assist you further.  Please note that only faults that are present from the start will be eligible for refund or exchange. It is not uncommon for some people to crash the product and later claim there is a fault, all returned items are fully tested before we will refund or exchange. Please refer to our terms and conditions or the leaflet sent for more information.

Q. How do I choose the right model?

A. As with every purchase a lot depends on personal choice, most of the Radio Controlled Models we sell are aimed at people with a little or no experience and are therefore ideal for almost everyone. Some of the Models we sell are however designed for people who have some experience and are looking for the next step up: Examples of these are the 4 channel RC Helicopters and all of the electric and nitro Buggies and Trucks in addition to the more expensive RC Aircraft we sell.

Q. Are the products you sell of good quality?

A. We endeavour to sell models that come from reputable manufactures such as:

Nine Eagles, Axion, Syma, Double Horse, Silverlit, Rastar, XQ Toys, Himoto, HSP and Thunder tiger to name just a few. All the products we sell have been extensively tested both by us and by our suppliers and whilst there are sometimes faults, they are few. We only sell products they we are happy to use ourselves and our aim is to ensure that you enjoy your purchase from us.
